I have purchased Elementa Cloud Almond, and this one Estate Crosshatch Oat, both in 8x10. Unfortunately, I mis-calculated the area space for my bedroom and while I absolutely loved Elementa in my living room, I immediately realized there's no way the same size 8x10 would fit into my bedroom. It was going to be perfect if I put the rug first and then all the furniture, but because I already put in really heavy furniture (like CB2 cabinet that's 300lbs heavy), and a marble vanity, there was no way I could put on the rug underneath them. Groundstory went truly above and beyond to help me with this, and they were very reasonable with the return process which I really appreciate. I honestly have never experienced such top-notch customer service anywhere else, especially the big companies (like West Elm, Crate & Barrel). They were so fast with their responses, communicative, accurate, transparent, and courteous. I think it is a pretty new company but I can tell that it'd grow into such a successful business, given the high-quality rugs, their exceptional customer service and seamless support. I wanted to thank the Groundstory team for being a big and warm part of my personally big chapter in life -- moving into my apartment after a personal hardship. Thank you again! Took a small risk going with the Celery and am so glad I did. From across the room it reads as a quiet neutral but up close there are beautiful sage and oat undertones woven through it. Really sophisticated. We have it in our living room and it pulls the whole space together. Wool is unbelievably plush and the construction is clearly high end, not something I would say about most rugs I have owned. Also nice to know it's free of the chemical treatments a lot of rugs are loaded with. Easy ordering, fast shipping, would absolutely buy from Groundstory again.

This rug is stunning. We replaced an older rug in our master bedroom and the difference is night and day. Toast is such a warm, rich tone, photos really don't do it justice. The chevron is more refined in person than I expected, not at all geometric in a harsh way. It's the first thing I step on every morning and it feels amazing. Also appreciated that the whole process was easy, ordered on a Sunday and it arrived the following week with clear updates the whole way through. No notes.

Bought this for my home office and it's gorgeous. Fog is exactly what I was hoping for, a sophisticated gray that pairs well with the warm wood tones in the room. Pinstripe adds a tailored feel without being too on the nose. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the edges were curled when I first laid it out and I was a little worried. Put a small box on each corner overnight and by the next morning it had completely flattened. Would have been 5 stars if not for that. Otherwise excellent, you can tell it's a real wool rug.
