Where We Ship
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states and Washington D.C. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories at this time.
Flat Shipping Rates
• Small Rugs: $50
• Medium Rugs: $75
• Large Rugs: $100
Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Most orders ship via FedEx Ground, though carrier may vary depending on size and destination. Estimated delivery is 5-8 business days from shipment for samples and standard rugs. Large rugs (9×12) typically arrive within 14 business days from shipment, though transit times may vary based on destination and carrier. All delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Delays Outside Our Control
Occasionally, delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances outside our control - including weather events, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen delays. We will do our best to communicate any known delays promptly, but we cannot be held responsible for transit times once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
